RTX64 4.x I226 NIC Driver Update

The RTX64 4.x I226 NIC Driver Update standalone driver resolves incompatibilities with firmware revisions starting with 1.72 (NVM version 2.23). The installation provides an RtNalIGC.rtdll driver that can be used with the RTX64 Network Abstraction Layer (NAL).

Note: This driver is compatible with KINGSTAR 4.x
